Across the country, our partners step into hard places every day. They meet people in moments of crisis, transition, and rebuilding. They open doors when others close. They offer practical help, steady presence, and real pathways forward.
Each Hard Place Walk is hosted by one local partner who gathers in their community on event day - teams, walkers, sponsors, volunteer and donors.
That means the funds raised stay local supporting their core frontline programs and more.
